About the event
This course is ideal if you are looking to gain the skills to lead trad routes independently.
This course will also cover a days improvised rescue skills which is an essential skills if things don’t go to plan!
The course will based on Dartmoor.
The course is run on a 1:2 ratio ensuring maximum learning time for each participant.
Experience Required
You don’t need to have any experience of lead climbing (this is what this course is all about) having some experience of outdoor climbing would be really advantageous please get in touch if you are unsure if this course is suitable.
Instructors
Over the 5 days you will be with one of our experienced Mountaineering & Climbing Instructors who are full members of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors (AMI).
Bespoke courses can also be arranged on dates to suit.
